Branches and franchises quickly materialized in Zambia, covering major hubs like Lusaka and Kitwe, alongside a strong presence in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) through strategic centers in Lubumbashi and Kolwezi.

Despite this extensive geographic spread, the firm never lost connection to where it all began. In 2000, the company brought its success full circle by establishing a dedicated franchise in Harare. Today, BSi Steel Zimbabwe operates out of major commercial hubs, including a main facility in the Workington industrial area of Harare and a dedicated sales office in Bulawayo, supplying high-quality mild steel, roofing, and structural products to the domestic market.
