As detailed in the December 2025 newsletter, the developer is transitioning from foundational milestones to high-speed infrastructure expansion, aiming to solidify its position as a premier regional investment destination.
A central pillar of the 2026 outlook is the significant expansion of infrastructure capacity to accommodate a burgeoning industrial ecosystem. With over 40 investors already powering growth within the SEZ, Sunway City is set to begin the construction of additional factory shells.
