Architectural Aluminium introduces exclusive new color palette for residential and commercial properties.

Architectural Aluminium recently launched an exciting exclusive new color palette for residential and commercial buildings, consolidating its position as the leading manufacturer of aluminium, shop fittings and joinery products in Zimbabwe. Their exciting range comes in a sophisticated selection of colors and finishes to improve the appearance of any upscale residence or place of business.

The new colors are both modern and trendy, enhancing the existing color range available in Zimbabwe. The new line goes beyond the usual shades of black, bronze, and charcoal grey, offering increased options with a touch of modern and trendy, while not removing what is already available.

A dynamic range of new colors to suit every design

The new shades were selected after extensive research conducted in Africa, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece and Mexico. To complement the beige and white of construction and decoration projects, Architectural Aluminium explored colors with a natural and soft appeal, adding a contemporary touch. Sand gloss, oak gloss, dove grey satin, grey satin, and grey matt make up the vibrant color palette. Initial feedback from social media marketing suggests the oak gloss color option is both aesthetically and visually appealing for both residential and commercial properties.

Aluminium finishes incorporating these colour schemes are both popular and in demand in affluent residential and commercial markets in South Africa, Europe, and the USA. Designers can use these colour finishes to enhance the quality and value of their designs at local, regional and international level. Architectural Aluminium exclusively offers powder coating facilities in Zimbabwe, the only one of its kind in the country.

Architectural Aluminium aspires to stay abreast of contemporary architectural and design trends in Zimbabwe and beyond. Their goal is to continue their legacy of providing customers with a wider and more sophisticated selection of shop fittings, windows and sliding doors, maintaining the company’s position as the leading local brand by supplying the latest, trendiest aluminium and glass products.

Keeping up with trends and demands

With its 29-year standing in the housing and building industry, Architectural Aluminium has a high caliber reputation. They produce and install sliding, folding, hinged, and pivot doors, top and side hung windows, louvres, and aluminum-clad doors for residential, commercial, retail, and industrial projects. In the context of the corporate and industrial sectors, a vast selection of performance glass in a wide spectrum of colors is available, from Royal Blue to Solarvue Grey. FD60 pressure plates and flush glazing systems have been developed to cater for the more modern corporate and industry designs. These systems essentially allow the full replacement of brick-and-mortar elevations with full glass facades.

David-Ross Stally, Sales Manager for Architectural Aluminium is enthusiastic that this new colour range meets with ever-changing market demands of the housing and building landscape: “Architects and designers have begun the push for specialised and sophisticated color palettes that match interiors such as doors, floors, and the newer paint combinations as part of the overall design theme,” he explained.

The colour palette is a game-changer, in addition to giving Architectural Aluminium a comparative advantage in the industry, it ensures their staying ahead of competition.

As evidenced by the numerous corporate buildings and contemporary housing projects, mostly in Harare, Bulawayo, and Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe is currently experiencing an encouraging property and real estate boom. Owners, builders, and designers are considering fresh, more exciting options, therefore Architectural Aluminium’s new line comes at an opportune moment.

Achitectural Aluminium,  has answered the call made by the luxury housing and commercial real estate sectors, a call for something new and exciting. Since aluminium windows and doors were first introduced in Zimbabwe, only a select few colour options have been available. This is the first time that clients and designers have been presented with colour options outside of the norm to meet with the ever-changing property landscape and demands of architectural design.

Going beyond our borders!

The color line has since gained popularity in South African cities like Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban, where some of the trendiest residences and contemporary business structures can be found. Now that Zimbabwe has access to this new color range, discerning home and business owners can keep up with global design and décor trends. By putting Zimbabwe on the map internationally, Architectural Aluminium is educating its customers about the range of quality products and goods that are right outside their borders.

According to Ruvimbo Mtasa, Marketing Manager of Architectural Aluminium, the new color palette is expected to have a significant impact on the brand: “We expect the new line to take Architectural Aluminium to the next level, based on it being a definite USP (unique selling point) that will drive our vision to penetrate regional and international markets.  Gaining a new form of exclusivity, we look forward to expanding our market share and welcoming new customers and clients”.
