Her background provides a strong foundation for understanding the complexities of large-scale projects.
Alexander Millin offers a unique perspective gained from 30 years of experience as a real estate practitioner. A registered valuer, estate agent, and construction project manager, Millin is deeply involved in all facets of the real estate and construction industries. As a Fellow Member and Past President of the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe (REIZ), and Past Vice President of the Zimbabwe Construction Industry Association, he has played a significant role in shaping the industry. His leadership and recognition within the sector, coupled with his experience as Founder and Managing Director of the award-winning Property Wise Real Estate, make him an invaluable resource for understanding the application of project management techniques in real estate activities, including sales, valuations, and property management.
Peter Banda, an Agile Portfolio Manager with over 20 years of experience across public and private sectors in Zimbabwe, Botswana, and South Africa, completes the expert panel. Banda’s expertise encompasses change management, marketing, and project management. As the founder of Project Management Zimbabwe (PMZ), the country’s largest project management association, he is deeply committed to advancing the profession. A passionate educator and mentor, Banda has extensive experience as a lecturer, curriculum developer, examiner, and trainer in higher education. His international recognition as a speaker and author, with numerous publications in leading conferences and journals, further underscores his expertise. Currently serving as Secretary-General and CEO of PMZ, Banda is responsible for strategy, board advisory, and stakeholder management.
