INTRODUCTION The Zimbabwe Agricultural Society engaged Archicraft Architect to design a Shopping Mall at the North-West end of their Harare Showgrounds site. The design is based on a courtyard concept and an anchor tenant has already written a letter of Expression of Interest to the Architect.
The accommodation schedule details the space provisions and the relevant areas whilst the design drawings give further insight into the design. Zimbabwe Agricultural Society intends to secure an Investor/Financier on a negotiated Build Operate and Transfer (B. O. T) basis. Details of the B. O.
