DripTech Irrigation, a family-owned business established in 1995, continues to lead Zimbabwe’s irrigation and urban water supply solutions. Originally focused on micro-irrigation, DripTech has broadened its offerings to include a comprehensive array of water-related products, including borehole pumps, tanks, pressure tanks, booster pumps, and an extensive range of fittings and controllers. Over the years, DripTech has steadily expanded its branches across Zimbabwe, most recently opening a new facility in Pomona, Borrowdale.

Product range and international brands The Pomona branch, launched on 11 November 2024, showcases an extensive selection of locally produced pipes—including PVC, poly, and conduit—manufactured at DripTech’s factory in Workington, Harare. The branch also stocks Jumbo Tanks, renowned for their triple-layered, food-grade polyethylene construction, and Dura Silos, designed to securely store grains.

DripTech is the official distributor of DAB Pumps, a high-quality Italian brand, and offers afford-able alternatives like the Morrison pump.

The branch hosts an impressive lineup of premium brands like Netafim, Otech, Rivulis, Elysee, and more, providing solutions for drip, overhead, and pivot irrigation. Certified by the Standards Authority of Zimbabwe, the company’s pipes meet ISO 9001 standards, ensuring quality and durability for Zimbabwe’s diverse agricultural, industrial, and mining needs.

Designed with customer convenience in mind, the Pomona location features a spacious 2,500-square-meter facility, complete with an 1,800-square-meter warehouse and mod-ern storefront, creating a seamless shopping experience with ample room for displays and product storage.

An in-house coffee shop, Café Pistachio, adds to the customer-friendly atmo-sphere, providing a comfortable space for customers to enjoy a delicious meal when visiting. Branch manager Paul noted that the new, easily accessible location has been positively received by customers. “It’s more convenient for our clients now with the direct road access, and the setup here allows us to provide even better service,” he said.
