The Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CIFOZ) has a busy year ahead according to its recently announced comprehensive calendar of events for 2025. The calendar outlined a year of engagement and industry development.
The organization is inviting members and stakeholders to participate in a diverse range of activities, including strategic meetings, networking opportunities, and industry-focused seminars.
The year commenced with “Star Meetings” in Harare on February 19th and Bulawayo on March 14th, providing a platform for members to discuss key industry issues.
A highlight of the calendar is the annual Golf Day, scheduled for July 11th at the prestigious Royal Harare Golf Club, offering a relaxed environment for networking and fostering business relationships.
The CIFOZ Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Congress will be held from September 24th to 27th, with the venue to be announced.
Recognizing the importance of regular interaction, CIFOZ will continue its monthly “Get Together” events, held on the last Friday of each month, providing companies with opportunities to showcase their products and services at the Harare and Bulawayo offices.
CIFOZ will also participate in the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) in April and AFRICONFEX in October, providing a combined exhibition platform for its members.
Throughout the year, CIFOZ will host breakfast seminars to address pressing industry concerns and conduct training workshops to enhance members’ skills. The year will conclude with an annual “Shutdown Get Together” in Bulawayo in December.
CIFOZ is encouraging members to partner and sponsor these events, offering a valuable opportunity to promote their brands and contribute to the industry’s growth.
