CBZ Properties Offers Fantastic Opportunities At Their Fairview Development

FAIRVIEW (PVT) LTD STARTED OFF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR HUGE HOUSING PROJECT IN 2017. IT INITIALLY INVOLVED THE CONVERSION OF 110 HECTARES OF UNDEVELOPED LAND INTO RESIDENTIAL STANDS AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC THROUGH VARIOUS INVESTMENT CORPORATIONS. INITIALLY, AROUND 900,000 SQUARE METRES OF TARRED ROADS WERE INSTALLED AS WELL AS ELECTRICITY AND WATER RETICULATION SYSTEMS. THE CIVIL WORK WAS COMPLETED BY A GROUP OF COMPANIES INCLUDING TENSOR, MASIMBA CONSTRUCTION, EXODUS AND COMPANY, AND FOSSIL CONTRACTING.

Stands were quickly seen as a great investment opportunity as the project is located just a few km from Westgate Shopping Mall and office complex and near to the site of the proposed new Parliament complex. It’s also conveniently close to Conway College which offers a primary school and a secondary school for both boarders and day scholars. Fairview 1 and 2 have already seen major development with houses and residential apartment blocks completed or in development.

As part of their vast property investment portfolio Datvest, an asset management unit within CBZ Holdings Group, invested in 187 residential stands. These stands have all been purchased under the clients that Datvest is managing and they have monitored the construction of 24 houses to date. The residential stands available vary in size from around 1,000 to 2,000 square metres and are all fully serviced. Loans and mortgages for the stands can be arranged through CBZ Bank at the current cost of USD42 .00 per square meter including VAT.

CBZ Properties, a real estate management company with over 17 years of developing highly sought-after residential, commercial, and industrial properties, was responsible for the Datvest- Fairview project management. Over the years, the company has developed properties in excess of 1,5 million square meters, including Datvest-Fairview housing units.

A number of houses have been constructed for this project– you can see one of their show houses at stand number 803 which gives potential buyers a taste of the options available. This upmarket modern housing unit has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, and three bedrooms with the master en suite plus a family bathroom. There’s an additional fourth bedroom with a bathroom that has its own separate entrance. It can serve as a self-contained guest suite or live in domestic quarters.

This unit has a double lock up garage with direct entrance to the house plus there’s an outdoor braai and entertainment space and the whole property is fully walled and gated. Various options and internal finishes are available.

Homeowners can also choose to employ their own architect to create their unique individual designs although plans need to be approved by Fairview Properties in order to maintain high building standards and conform to their overall design guidelines. Fairview (Pvt) Ltd, the project promoters, will assist the new homeowner with the connection to water and the ZESA power grid. Should the homeowner need it Fairview can assist with recommended architects, designers and building contractors.
